Role Description

This is a full-time and a Part-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant, based in the London Area, United Kingdom. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, and maintaining the visual standards of the store. Key responsibilities also include managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations on the sales floor, and contributing to the achievement of store sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized advice to customers to enhance their shopping experience.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Proven Customer Service experience with a passion for delivering excellence
• Sales skills, including the ability to achieve targets and upsell products
• Exceptional Organization Skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and as part of a team
• Good knowledge and passion for the fashion
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and on varying schedules as needed
