Graduate Support Analyst - Southampton/Hybrid - 24-27.5KWe are recruiting for a Graduate Support Analyst to join a growing technology business delivering specialist software solutions to external customers.This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate in Computing, Maths, Physics, Engineering, or a related subject to develop a career in IT support and systems administration.Key Responsibilities: * Provide 1st-3rd line technical support * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues * Support software testing and deployments * Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles * Assist with project and implementation activitiesSkills & Experience: * Degree in a technical subject (2:1 or above preferred) * Strong analytical and communication skills * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office * Interest in IT infrastructure, databases, and software supportDesirable: * SQL Server / SQL queries * Windows Server & Active Directory * Networking, VPN, IIS, or Citrix exposure * Support desk or customer service experienceThe role offers excellent training, career progression, hybrid working opportunities, and exposure to a wide range of technologies.
