Junior Account Executive

Location: Manchester

Salary: £28,000 base + uncapped commission

Level: Graduate / Early Career

This is a front‑line, client‑facing role with full ownership of conversations, targets, and relationships — not a back‑office or observational position.



The role


As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll manage your own pipeline of prospects and clients, guiding them through the entire sales journey and playing a direct role in driving business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their commercial needs
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to close
  • Confidently presenting solutions and handling objections
  • Working towards revenue targets with uncapped commission
  • Building long‑term client relationships and commercial credibility

You’ll gain immediate access to clients and decision‑makers, supported by structured training, coaching, and ongoing development.
