Difford's Guide is run by Simon Difford, one of the world's most well known and respected voices in the cocktail and spirits industry, and a small team specialising in areas such as drinks journalism, videography, photography, IT and client
management.
We operate in a dynamic and entrepreneurial industry, working with the world's largest and most well-known drinks brands as well as small distilleries and start-ups.

What's the role?
We're looking for a new member of the team to join us as an Intern. This is a paid position, with the possibility of being offered a full-time role at the end of the Internship. You'll be working closely with two of the Company Directors, Simon and Paloma, and learning about all aspects of running a small publishing business (both website and books).
The successful candidate will help us with publishing content to our website, running our social media accounts, assisting on video and photo shoots, working on client projects and the general running of the business.
Could it be for you?
This position will suit someone who is studying, or has experience in one or more of the following areas; business, publishing, journalism, marketing, media, communications, digital marketing, PR.
The role will be much more fun if you have an interest in the drinks industry and a desire to learn about running a publishing business. We can offer a fantastic long-term opportunity for the right person, to grow and develop with our business.
The position is based in our office near Rye, East Sussex and will involve some travel in the UK including visits to London for client meetings, video and photo shoots.
(Due to the nature of the drinks industry this position is available to over 21 year olds.)
