Embassy of Egypt - Commercial Section looking for interns in London

The Embassy of Egypt, Commercial Section in London is seeking an enthusiastic student to join our Commercial Section as an intern and provide us with their creative ideas, enthusiasm and professionalism while gaining experiences and detailed knowledge in a fast tracked environment that will be dealing with short and long term business plans during the historical Brexit period. You will also have administrative duties in developing and implementing business and trading strategies between Egypt and the UK.

30 - 35 hours per week
£-1.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

While working at the Commercial Section you will collaborate with our trading & business team in all stages of the trading between both countries & will answer to the Minister Plenipotentiary. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand & maintain our trading channels.

Since the internship period will be looping the Brexit date, this will give you an appropriate understanding of trading policies and agreements Egypt and the UK are looking to agree on. You will be expected to write economic and commercial reports,market researches upon attending exhibition fairs and build new and continuous relationships between companies in Egypt and the UK.

This is a great opportunity to enhance skills in organization, multi-tasking, communications, and learn about trading between the UK and any other country.

You will also be dealing with a lot of diplomats, so this will give you strong connections in your future.

By the end of the contract we will give a letter of recommendation and a priority to work full time at the Embassy after graduation.

This role will help you acquire trading/business skills & provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in trading, economy, co-operations and investments and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
