We have an exciting new opportunity for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer who will help us design a wide range of high quality print and digital for all departments of the organisation. You will burst with ideas that will help transform Britain into a great cycling nation and encourage millions of people to ride a bike. Within established corporate and project brand guidelines, you will showcase your skills by taking projects from initial design concept through to final artwork. The details…

In this role you will focus your energy on:

  • Working to agreed briefs, produce print or digital design concepts in a variety of formats, taking projects from initial design concept through to final artwork.
  • Use a combination of creative flair, audience insight and cycling design reference to provide a high standard of design solutions.
  • Manage a busy and varied remit, liaising with team members and external suppliers (as required) to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on budget and on time.
  • Maintain the corporate identity of British Cycling and its commercial partners, adhering to brand guidelines.

What we ask:

  • At least finished college BTEC levels
  • Willingness and eager to learn
  • An understanding of Creative Suite in the use of Creative Suite and MacOS is desirable, but we are happy to teach you this
  • Knowledge of the design process, from brief to final artwork for print/production is desirable
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • An interest in cycling and experience of sports design would be advantageous
