Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to build hands‐on experience supporting children with Autism (ASC) and additional needs in a primary school setting?

Aspire People is working with a supportive and forward‐thinking primary school seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This role is ideal for graduates looking to progress into careers such as Educational Psychology, SENCO, or Teaching, offering valuable, real‐world experience applying psychological theory in practice.

The Role

Supporting pupils with Autism and sensory processing needs within the classroom

Assisting with emotional regulation and structured routines

Supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour, using consistent and calm strategies

Helping deliver tailored learning activities suited to individual needs

Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff

Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
