Croydon/Hybrid workingClark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a fantastic and unique Insurance broker in the Croydon area with a modern office, great training and prospects and a lovely team to work with.Job Title COMMERCIAL INSURANCE SALES ADVISORLocation: Croydon/Hybrid workingThey are looking to recruit experienced Commercial account handlers/sales advisors to help manage both existing and new business client relationships.The majority of clients are commercial SME. You should have at least a year's general insurance experience, ideally have used Acturis but this is not essential. You should also have an up to date knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority requirements including Treating Customers Fairly and an understanding of the UK Insurance market.The Role Manage incoming sales and customer enquiry callsProduce and issue quotation & new business documentationAssist customers to protect their material assets and liabilitiesFollow up and convert leads as well as making outbound callsAchieve agreed sales targets, both individually and as part of the overall sales teamTo maintain, and achieve growth in, income from existing customersDeveloping and maintain positive ongoing relationships with Insurers and UnderwritersDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services as to assist customersApply today in strict confidence for more details if you can commute to Croydon 3 days a week and have the relevant UK Insurance experience.
