P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is seeking Helpline Operators to provide compassionate and resilient support on our Mental Health Helpline. This role is a frontline position, offering calm, non-judgemental telephone assistance for individuals in distress across Derbyshire. You'll conduct risk assessments, escalate cases to clinicians when necessary, and ensure accurate recording of all interactions.
