Depending on your stream, your exposure may include:Commercial: Sales operations, dealer network development, aftersales and marketingEngineering Project: Project delivery, engineering principles, cross-functional coordination and problem-solvingHomologation (Product Certification): Type approval, regulatory compliance, COP, NPI supportIT: Systems support, data, digital tools and business applicationsHR: Talent, employee relations support, reward/benefits and organisational development exposureLegal: Contracts & legal operations, automotive commercial contracting, compliance and governanceFinance: Commercial finance, FP&A, treasury and cost control in an automotive contextWhat you'll gain This is built for people who want to accelerate, not just "start a job".
