The team are looking for an investment associate to work on investment due diligence and executionYou will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions, from LP-led liquidity solutions, through to bespoke, complex GP-led investment solutionsYou will be involved in all aspects of the deal process, from screening to execution, as well as monitoring of the existing portfolioWork with the deal team to source, execute, and complete due diligence on transactionsSupport the investment team in organising and preparing for calls and meetings with private equity managers and intermediaries

Who we are looking for

Experience in areas such as transaction services, investment banking, M&A or private equity2:1 or above undergraduate degree from a leading universityStrong technical and analytical skills, with experience conducting financial valuation analysisA second language or international work experience is not required but seen as an advantageA strong interest in private equity and investing
