The home delivers clinically led, person centred care within a structured and supportive environment, promoting independence, stability and overall wellbeing.
Care Assistant – Days and Nights
£12.71 per hour
Contracted to 40.25 hours per week
Day shifts and night shifts available
Pension, paid DBS, uniform provided
Onsite parking
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role OverviewAs a Care Assistant, this role plays an important part in supporting residents with their daily routines within a structured and supportive environment. The role supports residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and day to day activities, ensuring care plans are followed accurately and consistently. Attention is given to each individual's needs, helping create a calm, respectful and stable environment. The role involves building positive relationships with residents, offering reassurance and emotional support, while contributing to a safe and well organised home. Whether working day or night shifts, the focus remains on delivering high quality, person centred care.
