About the Role

As a QA Officer, you’ll be an important part of our Quality team, supporting GMP compliance and Quality Management System (QMS) activities. You’ll collaborate with Qualified Persons (QPs), manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet the highest regulatory and quality standards.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reviewing batch records and supporting batch release activities
  • Ensuring imported products meet GMP and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting onboarding of new products, including documentation and risk assessments
  • Providing QA oversight across manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain
  • Managing and reviewing deviations, complaints, and investigations
  • Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to quality system enhancements and staying current with GxP regulations
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to maintain compliance and quality excellence


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or knowledge of GMP / GxP within pharmaceuticals
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Great communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
