Are you the kind of person who brings calm, clarity, and confidence into busy environments?

At Breen & Associates, we do HR differently.

We’re not corporate, process-heavy, or driven by ego. We believe great HR is human first, built on relationships, trust, communication, growth, and doing the right thing for people and businesses alike.

As a fast-growing HR & People Development consultancy, we partner with ambitious SMEs across the UK who want more than policies and paperwork. They want practical support, genuine partnership, and people solutions that actually make a difference.

As we continue to grow, this role is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building something genuinely special.

What started around a kitchen table has grown into an award-winning consultancy supporting SMEs across Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Bucks, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, Wiltshire, London and beyond.

We provide HR support, people development, leadership training, coaching, and workplace solutions that help businesses and people thrive.
