What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent major brand partners through face-to-face customer engagement
• Build confidence in sales, business development, and client relations
• Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to team targets
• Strengthen essential skills including communication, negotiation, and leadership
• Take part in mentoring, strategy meetings, and ongoing development sessions
• Progress through a structured graduate pathway with clear advancement opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates or career starters with ambition and drive
• Degrees in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields are advantageous
• Confident communicators with a motivated, competitive mindset
• Individuals eager to learn, grow, and earn based on performance
• Open to all degree backgrounds — attitude and work ethic matter most
