The Tipi And Bell Tent Hire Company are looking for people to help set up their Tipis and Bell tents throughout their summer season starting end of May till the end of September 2018. We are based in Lapworth (Warwickshire) and meet most mornings at 7.00am usually arrive back at our base between 6pm - 10pm so very long days are to be expected up to 7 days a week. We are looking for keen, hard working, totally committed, personable, sharing & caring people. A LOVE of early mornings is essential and the ability to work WHATEVER THE WEATHER is vital! The work is physical with periods of driving long distance part of the daily routine but you'll have fun working as part of a team enjoying the outdoors at lots of different events throughout the UK. We are currently looking for set up & take down crew members at £9.00 per hour, drivers/crew £10.00 per hour and team leaders £11.50 per hour. Applicants should be over 18. We work on a self employed basis so you must produce a UTR number from the tax office.
SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN CREW £9.00 PER HOUR

In this role you will be helping to set up and take down bell tents and tipi at music festivals, weddings, corporate and private events. DRIVER/CREW £10.00 PER HOUR
We need positive, competent people to drive our vans (LWB Transits and Sprinters) and set up Tipis and bell tents at venues upon arrival. You will be expected to have a full driving license and be responsible for the upkeep of the van that you are driving. i.e check tyres, oil, load etc on a daily basis before the start of each day. All candidates must be Age 25+.
TEAM LEADER £11.50 PER HOUR
Do you have all of the crew set up & take down qualities above and more?
In this role you will be required to liaise professionally on a day to day basis with all personnel and clients. This will include event site management, vehicle drivers, service providers, other crews and of course our customers.
You will need to be able to support and motivate the Tipi Hire team when things are less than ideal. Motivating crews through wet Monday mornings, late arrival of transport, broken-down vehicles, personal issues and hangovers are all part of the role. Through all of this diversity you will need to remain calm, positive and about all else keep the 'show on the road'!
You will also need to be able to keep time records for your crew and report back weekly for invoicing.
A valid driving license is necessary for this role as is experience of driving light goods vehicles. Experience of driving heavy goods vehicles would also be an advantage. All candidates must be Age 25+.
