As a culturespecialist and brand champion, the ideal candidate will deliver for their stakeholderswhilst working in close relationship with our Talent Acquisition team, EmployeeRelations and HR support functions and alongside regionally based Learning andDevelopment Coaches. A skilled influencer and dedicated to excellence, theManager of Human Resources will support operational leaders to delivertheir business objectives and support the operation leaders in delivering theirpeople agenda for the hotels they support.
What will Ibe doing?
• Tosupport, coach and guide the operational leaders to be a great boss
• Todeliver a first-class HR service and to liaise with HR Shared Service Supportteam
• To workalongside operational leaders to improve team member engagement and retentionrates.
• To workalongside the Talent Acquisition Team to formulate and deliver anattraction plan for the hotels
• Ensurethe operational leaders are maintaining their responsibilities in line withService Level Agreements with the Shared Service Support Teams.
• To bean integral part of the Hotel Leadership team.
