Category Design Manager in Bradford

If you have broad experience across a variety of product categories, this is an exciting opportunity to take the strategic lead with design direction across our Home and Seasonal categories.

 

Reporting directly to our Category Director for Home and Leisure, you’ll identify trends and co-ordinate the development of stylish ranges to meet the needs of millions of customers. With the flexibility to travel internationally, you’ll keep us one step ahead of the latest product and design trends by attending trend fairs and going on inspirational trips and product selection trips. Working with trend agencies, you’ll provide our buying teams with style guides, surface patterns and colour schemes for product ranges, ensuring consistency with buyers across different categories.

 

This senior management role will involve working commercially with factories and sourcing and buying teams to build innovative product ranges. Juggling range developments and quickly adapting to what does and doesn’t work, you’ll identify gaps, shape the future direction of our ranges and hit growth targets. Given the autonomy to put smarter processes in place, your design direction and insight into the latest trends will make sure our home and seasonal products fly off the shelves.
