Job summary The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) provides specialist mental health support for children and young people with moderate to severe mental health needs.We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join our Single Point of Access (SPA) team . This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dedicated and supportive service that plays a vital role in ensuring children, young people, families, and professionals receive timely and appropriate access to CAMHS support. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team and manage workload.Key Responsibilities:Receiving and processing referrals onto the electronic patient record systemActing as the first point of contact for the SPA serviceAnswering and managing the main SPA telephone lineResponding to queries from families, professionals, and partner agenciesProviding efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the SPA functionThis is a job share role for 15 hours per week , working Thursdays and Fridays only .If you are organised, approachable, and motivated to support a service that makes a real difference to children and young peoples mental health, we would welcome your application.Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status.
