OverviewRole: Junior Conveyancing Assistant (Residential Property)

Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 depending on experience

Hours: 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for a Junior Conveyancing Assistant to join our Residential Property team in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in conveyancing. Full training and support will be provided.

As a junior Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide legal and administrative support to the team while developing your knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.

Key responsibilities

Assisting with residential conveyancing files

Using case management and document systems

Communicating with clients and third parties under supervisionSupporting file management, searches and post completion processes

Working in line with firm procedures and compliance requirements

About youThis role would suit someone with some early experience in legal support and a working knowledge of property transactions. You may have experience in legal administration, property, or a professional office environment and be keen to develop within residential conveyancing.
