The Programmatic Trader role is an exciting opportunity The Programmatic Trader role is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set on the cutting edge of programmatic advertising. You will manage campaigns and provide world‐class support to programmatic clients, working cross‐functionally with internal teams to maximize impact and value. We move fast, so the ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to tackle new challenges.Responsibilities Partner with Sales throughout the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns (planning and strategy, activation and troubleshooting, consultation and upselling/renewal)Analyze internal and client reports to deliver tailored performance recommendations based on platform preferences, budgets, and KPIsManage campaigns end‐to‐end—from set‐up (tags, DSP configuration, QA) through to optimisation and delivery while meeting or exceeding performance benchmarksDevelop expertise in our products, proprietary tools, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs (Semasio)Identify inefficiencies and contribute to the development of best practices that enhance operational processesSupport onboarding of new publisher integrations, ensuring proper data passback, traffic quality, and scalable supplyCollaborate cross‐functionally with product, research, data, finance, and sales operations teamsRequirements 1–2+ years of experience in digital operations (e.g. Ad Ops, Data Ops, Technical Account Management, or Programmatic Consulting/Trading)Hands‐on DSP experience required; The Trade Desk & DV360 is preferredDMP experience required (e.g. LiveRamp, Lotame, Adform, Semasio, etc.)SSP experience required (e.g. Xandr Curate, PubMatic, Freewheel, OpenX, Magnite, etc.)Proficiency with project‐management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.)Salesforce experience preferredStrong Excel skillsDeep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in video and CTVComfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐growth, and technically complex environmentA problem‐solver with excellent project and time‐management capabilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBenefits Competitive compensation (salary, equity, and bonuses) and comprehensive benefits designed to foster work‐life balance, care for your health, protect your finances and help you save and invest for the futureGenerous paid time away from work, including flexible time off, holidays and sick time, health and wellness initiatives, and a charitable match program to help you give back to your communityGreat perks that vary by location and can be site‐specific: employee discounts, transportation reimbursements, subsidized cafes and fitness facilitiesA flexible, hybrid work environment combining the best of in‐office collaboration and community‐building along with the benefits of working from home
