US National Account Executive
High‑Growth Beauty Challenger Brand
£35,000 - £38,000 + 10% Bonus
Central London/Hybrid (1 day in office)
Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast‑growing, mission‑led beauty challenger brand with serious momentum in both the UK and US markets. Backed by an impressive group of industry investors and operators, the business is scaling rapidly and seeing exceptional growth across major US retail accounts.
As part of their next phase of expansion, they’re looking for a US National Account Executive to support and accelerate growth across key American retail partners. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who wants hands‑on exposure to national accounts in a high‑growth, purpose‑driven business.
You’ll sit at the heart of the commercial function, working closely with Sales, Operations and Marketing to deliver best‑in‑class execution and build strong customer relationships.
What will you be doing?
⭐ Supporting the day‑to‑day management of key US retail accounts, acting as a reliable contact for internal teams and partners.
⭐ Executing promotional plans, pricing updates, new line forms and product launches across retailer systems.
⭐ Maintaining retailer portals, trackers and account documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
⭐ Monitoring in‑stock levels, sell‑through and promotional performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.
⭐ Supporting forecasting, reporting and scorecards to drive informed commercial decisions.
⭐ Partnering cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless account execution.
⭐ Preparing insights and presentations for customer meetings and internal reviews.
⭐ Supporting Joint Business Planning and contributing to long‑term growth strategies.
⭐ Building strong relationships with retailers and brokers, acting as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint.
Who are we looking for?
⭐ 2+ years’ experience in sales, account management or commercial roles within FMCG or consumer brands.
⭐ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with confidence handling sales and forecasting data.
⭐ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
⭐ A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn how retail accounts operate end‑to‑end
⭐ Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.

We would love to reply to all applications, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive, so if you do not hear back within 14 days unfortunately on this role it won’t be progressing. It is possible that the position could be in the process of closing, so chalk it up to bad timing. But, have no fear! There will be more opportunities. Follow us so you don’t miss them.
