Lead the Team Behind the Treats at Dartford

Whether you’re an experienced Transport Supervisor ready to step into a broader leadership role, or an established Logistics Manager looking for your next challenge, Krispy Kreme has an exciting opportunity for you at our Dartford site.

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused leader to manage our driver team and keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in making sure our doughnuts are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time across the UK - all while building a motivated, high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing driver team
• Managing rotas, routes, and daily transport operations
• Ensuring compliance, safety, and on-time delivery performance
• Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
• Driving operational improvements and controlling costs
• Maintaining fleet, systems, and transport records

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in transport, logistics, or distribution leadership
• Background as a Transport Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Manager, or similar
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of transport compliance and fleet operations
• Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
• CPC qualification desirable but not essential

Pay & Hours

• £36,365 – £37,358 per year
• 45 hours per week
• Any 5 days from 7, including some weekends
• Shift patterns:
• 5am – 2pm
• 11am – 8pm
