Senior Content Designer

Contract (£435/day, inside IR35)

Hounslow, West London — 3 days onsite

11 months starting beginning of July

This is a product-facing content design role inside a media organisation where the work is immediate, visible, and grounded in real user journeys. You will be shaping how people move through core experiences, working closely with design, engineering, and research to produce content that is clear, tested, and built into the interface from the start.

The environment values strong judgement, evidence-based decisions, and designers who are comfortable owning their work while improving how content is delivered across teams.

You will

• Shape clear, useful content across real product journeys (onboarding, payments, support)
• Work directly in Figma, writing for flows, UI, and system states
• Partner closely with designers, engineers, and researchers
• Use research and data to guide what you write and change
• Own your decisions and help raise content standards across teams

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience designing content for digital products (not campaigns or blogs)
• Proven work across end‑to‑end journeys and multiple touchpoints
• Confidence working inside interfaces (Figma or similar)
• Experience in product teams with design, engineering, and research
• Comfortable using research and analytics to improve content
• Solid understanding of accessibility and structured content
