• Solid experience working within insurance (broker, MGA, insurer—anywhere you’ve lived and breathed the sector)
• Strong working knowledge of ICOB/ICOBS regulations
• Confidence to challenge, influence, and guide the business
• Ability to commute to a Manchester outer‑area office for collaboration and team days
