We believe business should be a force for good and donate £1 for every piece of coverage we generate to our charity partner, Refuge.

This is a new role in our vibrant team and a special opportunity to fast track your career in a unique Agency, where you can develop quickly working alongside and learning from one of the most respected PR Agency Founders in the industry.


What’s the role?


We are looking for a driven, media savvy Account Executive who loves the thrill of landing coverage, impressing clients and media, unafraid to go the extra mile. You will be hungry, proactive and ambitious to take ownership. Highly organised and someone that takes pride in their work with obsessive attention to detail. A strong writer, you will be responsible for bringing stories, innovation, research and studies to life. This role could suit a recent graduate with Agency/Marketing intern experience or an existing Account Executive looking to change sector/media focus. Only apply if you want real responsibility, real visibility and real impact.


In this role, you will:

·     Work with Directors and Account team to deliver consistent excellence and impactful results

·     Pitch stories that cut through the noise and land coverage consistently

·     Partner with Founders and Account Managers to ensure the smooth co-ordination of client relationships

·     Deliver against PR & Communications strategy and quarterly KPIs

·     Contribute to client update meetings and calls

·     Write compelling press releases, proposals, plans, briefing documents, commentary, reporting and relevant copy

·     Produce first class monthly / quarterly client reports and PR Plans

·     Plan and execute events and activations working within set budgets

·     Build and deepen relationships with key media, influencers and KOLs

·     Work with the team to capture industry trends and material competitor information

General

·     Location is Hybrid / flexible. Time requirement at The Beam Room offices in Camden to be discussed / agreed

·     Salary competitive for the right person

·     Company laptop and pension scheme

·     Hours are 9am to 5.30pm

·     21 days holiday per year

·     Start date immediate but flexible
