Private Client Paralegal | Warwickshire | Up to £32,000 + Benefits

A specialist, boutique private client firm (Tier 1 ranked in the Legal 500), is looking to appoint a Private Client Paralegal in Warwickshire to join its growing team.

This Private Client Paralegal opportunity in Warwickshire offers exposure to high-quality HNW work alongside ranked partners, with a clear pathway to qualify and progress within the firm.

The Role

• Support fee earners on wills, probate, trusts and estate administration matters
• Assist with drafting legal documents and client correspondence
• Work on HNW matters alongside ranked partners
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries and third parties
• Help manage files from instruction through to completion
• Maintain accurate case records and compliance requirements
• Provide support on complex estate and succession planning
• Contribute to the growth of the Warwickshire team

The Candidate

• Previous experience in a private client paralegal role
• Strong interest in wills, probate and estate planning
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Proactive and team-oriented approach
• Ambitious with a desire to qualify and progress in Warwickshire
