About Reteno:

Reteno is frontier AI applied to mobile user retention. We orchestrate email, mobile push, in-app, and SMS through agentic systems that do the work a full lifecycle/CRM team used to take weeks on.

300+ mobile-first brands trust us, including BetterMe, HubX, Welltech, JustDone, Reface, and RetouchMe. Our customers are subscription apps in fitness, health tech, and marketplaces. They choose us because we ship faster than the incumbents, go deeper on mobile, and our AI/agentic roadmap is genuinely ahead of the category.

We're at the inflection point where AI agents start replacing whole layers of the MarTech stack. This role sits at the front of that.


The opportunity:

This is our first dedicated AE in the UK. Direct line to the CEO, real influence on strategy and not just execution, and meaningful latitude on pricing, packaging, and deal structure. You'll have the full toolkit — tooling, intent data, budget, exec air cover — and minimal bureaucracy between you and the deal.


What you'll do:

  • Own the full cycle from first meeting to closed-won. ACVs £10k–£100k;
  • An SDR runs outbound and books your first meetings — sourced, not warm. From the first call onward, every follow-up, demo, proposal, and signature is yours;
  • Layer self-sourced pipeline on top — SDR volume alone won't hit quota;
  • Run discovery and demos against MarTech buyers (CRM, lifecycle, growth, product);
  • Shape pricing, packaging, and deal structure directly with the CEO;
  • Use Reteno's own AI sales agents (Slack-native, built on our MCP server) in your daily workflow — you'll sell agentic tooling and use it.


You'll do well here if you have:

  • 3+ years closing full-cycle B2B SaaS. MarTech, CDP, lifecycle, mobile SDK, analytics, or adjacent experience would be great;
  • Track record of consistently hitting £400k+ quota;
  • Comfort selling into product, growth, and CRM personas at mid-market mobile-first companies;
  • Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English;
  • Genuine interest in how AI changes go-to-market — not buzzword-level.


Nice to have:

  • Sold into the mobile MarTech category against the established incumbents;
  • Worked at a subscription-app vendor or mobile attribution/analytics company;
  • Built a territory from scratch before.
