We are looking for the next property superstar, are you looking to get started in the property industry and don't know how to go about it?
Lyvly are one of the fastest growing shared living companies in the UK and we are expanding, our property acquisitions team is looking for a talented individual to view properties that have been handpicked and arranged for you to assess.
We expect our accompanied viewer to be professional at all times as you will be representing the company in a face to face role. The individual must be confident and outgoing with a keen eye for detail. We will require you to collect information at each property and then for you to report to us afterwards.
We are counting on you to be organised with your time and also be detailed in your approach, our investment decisions will be based on these appointments and therefor making it a very important role.
There will be a training session beforehand to show you exactly what we expect and what process we would require you to follow.
There is travel involved which can be claimed back in expenses.
