Advance seeks a dynamic and part-time Community Keyworker to provide support to women involved in the criminal justice system across Hampshire. This role involves building relationships and creating individualised support packages to help clients break the cycle of offending.Successful candidates will have excellent relationship-building skills, a good understanding of safeguarding procedures, and relevant experience supporting women in similar environments.
