Role Overview:

Are you a psychology graduate? Are you looking for hands‐on experience in schools to kickstart your career in education, mental health, or child development? Milk Education has flexible opportunities that could be perfect for you.

You'll have the chance to work in:

SEND provisions

SEMH schools (Primary and Secondary)

Mainstream schoolsacross EYFS, Primary, and Secondary

Roles include:

Day‐to‐day placements– gain experience and showcase your skills before committing to longer bookings

Sickness cover– provide essential support during staff absences (short‐or long‐term)Li>

School vacancies– potential for temp‐to‐perm positions

What You'll Gain / Career Development:

Hands‐on experience working with children and young people

Insight into educational and behavioural psychology in practice

Opportunities to build experience that complements core modules, such as developmental, social, and cognitive psychology, and mental health

Gain relevant experience if you are wishing to continue your professional development into careers such as:

Clinical, forensic, or educational psychology

Further education teaching

Requirements:

A degree in psychology or a related field (2:2 or above)

Flexibility and reliability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm to work with children and young people

Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one

Desirable:

Accreditation from the British Psychological Society (BPS)
