Trainee Creative Producer Opportunity – Workington Are you passionate about creativity, community and making things happen in Workington?Everyone Here is looking for a trainee to join us between June 2026 and January 2027 as part of our festival and events programme. This is a paid opportunity designed for someone excited by community-led arts, as part of our collaboration with Workington Town Council on their festival and events programme.whether you're just starting out or looking to build confidence and experience in the sector.The successful applicant will develop experience across both creative producing and production management, while identifying an area of particular interest to focus on throughout the placement.You do not need formal qualifications or extensive experience. We are looking for enthusiasm, reliability, curiosity and someone ready to get stuck in.The OpportunityYou will gain hands-on experience supporting:Festivals and public eventsArtists, performers and community activityEvent set-up and coordinationCreative programming and producingProduction scheduling and logisticsCommunications and engagementCommunity participation and workshopsPractical delivery and problem solvingThe role will include attending workshops, networking events and hands-on delivery activity across the programme.
