Job Overview Blackstone's Private Equity group offers off‐cycle interns the opportunity to engage in the direct acquisition of large and midsized companies in a variety of sectors worldwide. The internship explores the investment process by developing both financial banking skills and strategic management thinking, providing a well‐rounded business experience.
Responsibilities Financial analysis and modelling
Investment research
Competitive analysis
Assistance in the execution of transactions
Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
Communications with portfolio company senior management
Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in accounting and finance concepts
Excellent attention to detail
Desire to work in a collaborative team environment with dynamic roles and willingness to contribute to a positive culture
Firm commitment to personal and professional development
Intellectual curiosity
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student or having just graduated
Additional Requirements CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade and should be in PDF format
Must be able to start between September/October 2026 and be available for up to six months
