Job title: Psychology Graduate – Behaviour & Learning Support Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Pay: £90–£110 per day Contract: Full-time or part-timeGot a psychology degree and a passion for helping young people thrive?We're looking for graduates who want to take their understanding of behaviour, learning, and mental health into the classroom. This is a brilliant way to gain hands-on experience in schools – perfect if you're thinking about a future career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or mental health support.You'll be working in secondary schools across Newcastle, supporting pupils who need a bit of extra help with focus, confidence and emotional wellbeing.What you'll be doing:Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them stay engaged in lessons

Assisting teachers with behaviour management and classroom routines

Using your psychology knowledge to understand and respond to different needs

Building positive relationships that make a real difference day to day

What we're looking for:A degree in psychology (or related subject)

Someone who's patient, empathetic and confident around young people

Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

A genuine interest in education, SEN, or mental health
