JEL Direct is an outerwear supplier serving multiple fast‐fashion retailers and also operates the Double Second brand.
Responsibilities
Assist with day‐to‐day management of official social media accounts across all platforms.
Create and research content for Instagram.
Develop weekly TikTok videos to grow engagement.
Oversee and post on Facebook and Pinterest.
Analyze social‐media metrics regularly.
Photograph product samples.
Drop parcels to customers.
Create presentation packs and mood boards for the design team.
Perform general admin office tasks.
Attend and support photoshoots.
Liaise with influencers and marketing companies.
Provide general customer‐service and admin support.
Assist the director with day‐to‐day tasks.
Qualifications
Fashion graduate or equivalent qualification.
Highly organized and able to manage a busy workload in a fast‐paced environment.
Fully computer‐literate with strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, and related tools.
Excellent knowledge of social‐media platforms.
Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
Interest in the fashion industry as a whole.
