Job description A1 Jobs has an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our friendly and professional team based in Polmont. This is a part-time role 3 days per week.Responsibilities Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension auto-enrolmentManaging starters, leavers and statutory payments dueHandling payroll queries from clients and employees in a professional and timely mannerMaintaining accurate payroll records and documentationSkills & Experience Previous payroll experience is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of payroll systems and HMRC requirementsExperience in bookkeeping and/or accounts preparation would be advantageousStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyGood organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills and a client-focused approachAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamThis is a part-time role 3 days per week and may lease to full-time permanent.Interested?
