Role OverviewAs a Filler Operative, you will be part of a high‐performance team responsible for delivering safe, high‐quality products. You will play a key role in meeting KPI targets and production plans while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Work to high standards to achieve departmental targets in Quality, Efficiency, Waste and cost reduction.
Actively contribute and seek continuous improvements to achieve departmental targets.
Monitor equipment performance and correct / raise issues before they become problems.
Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards.
Ensure full completion of daily targets, Drive daily KPIs.
Ensure departmental procedures are followed and records are maintained.
Contribute to the team reporting and decision‐making process.
Ensure quality, hygiene, health and safety standards are met and regular audits are conducted.
Actively promote communication links and good working relationships with colleagues.
Maintain high standards of work ethics in respect to lateness and absences.
Plan production effectively to optimise resources and output.
Carry out any other duties commensurate with the role.
