Summer Camp Assistant Manager

Our coaches – we call them Red Tops – deliver high quality sports camps with an energy, passion and commitment to child development that we call the Kings Factor®.
What are you going to do:
The Assistant Manager works alongside the Site Manager to support the day to day running of a Kings Camp. You’ll act as a key point of contact for parents and venue personnel, help lead and inspire the Red Top staff team and will be motivated to plan, coordinate and deliver a high energy, fun and inclusive programme that engages all children.

What we ask
- No minimum education required
- Experience of working with 4-17s in a sports coaching, education or activity setting
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- Ability to maintain high standards of health and safety and safeguarding procedures
- High quality customer service skills for our parents, children and venue personnel
- Vibrant, fun, confident personality
- Ability to instil excitement and motivation in staff and children
- Studying or graduated with a childcare, sport or teaching related degree or a relevant qualification
- Experience of planning and timetabling
- A valid paediatric first aid qualification

Dates and Location
- Over 50 locationsin England, Scotland and Wales
- Our camps take place during the school holidays in February, Easter, May, Summer and October – we expect your commitment to a minimum of 3 consecutive weeks but dependent upon the length of a season
