Help us bring our internal communications to life and support a positive employee experience across the business. In this varied and collaborative role, you'll help manage and develop key internal communication channels, making sure colleagues can easily access clear, engaging and up-to-date information. You'll support internal campaigns, projects and events that celebrate our people, share important updates and strengthen connection across our teams.

What You'll Be Doing
Help deliver engaging internal communications that keep colleagues informed and connected, drafting articles or emails, creating graphics, presentations, newsletters, gifs or videos.

Support the planning and scheduling of content across key communication channels

Track the success of communications, using different data sources, and feeding into monthly KPI reporting

Administer content on our intranet and colleague app, which could be posting news articles, updating campaign information or creating or updating pages for our business stakeholders

Ensure the successful delivery of internal communication channels like weekly updates, monthly manager packs, webinar presentations

Assist with internal campaigns, engagement activities, conferences and projects

Help manage priorities and communication deadlines effectively

Support colleagues with advice on communication approaches and content creation

Work collaboratively with the internal communications team, sharing ideas, always looking for ways to improve what we do and the way we do it

Essential Skills & Experience

Prior experience in an internal communications team would be beneficial but not essential

Experience in administration, coordination or office support roles

Experience in writing, either creatively or business communications would be beneficial

Knowledge of intranet platforms or digital communication tools would be beneficial particularly experience with Canva, Sorce or Drupal

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential

Confident using Microsoft Office and standard business systems

Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

Enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative with a creative mindset

Passionate about communication, people and creating a positive colleague experience
