What are you going to do:

OPUK Group is a Leicestershire-based firm of Chartered Accountants, specialising in the recovery of overpaid income tax.

Our mission is to provide the hard-working people of Great Britain with a level playing field when it comes to taxation and dealing with HMRC. We believe that no one should pay more tax than they need to.

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants and a Member Firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), who are also our regulator. We are also managed and run exclusively by a team of highly experienced, time-served ICAEW-qualified Chartered Accountants.

Our Chartered Accountants work closely with organisations and employers throughout the United Kingdom, helping to provide real value to regular employees who have often been left short-changed by the UK tax authorities. In what are increasingly difficult times financially, our service provides a helpful leg-up – in the form of an average £2,500 tax refund per successful applicant.

What we ask

  • You should be registered as a university student
  • Studying towards a degree, or graduated within the last two years
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and telephone communication skills
  • A good listener with an ability to handle objections and sustain opinion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
