As a Care Assistant at Hinckley House Care Home in Leicester you will deliver high‐standard personal care, support residents' independence, dignity and respect, and actively contribute to the care team.

Assisting residents in all personal hygiene tasks to ensure optimum independence, dignity and respect.

Recognising clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls and signs of infection, and escalating any identified risks promptly.

Acting courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.

Practising safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

About You

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Show initiative and respect toward residents and other people in the home.

Be efficient and capable of following reasonable instructions from team members.

Be adaptable and flexible, able to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Live the values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive induction and training will be provided.

Requirements & Conditions

DBS Disclosure check – the cost will be met by Avery Healthcare.

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
