Role Overview
As a Health Care Assistant, you will assist clients with daily living activities, implement care plans, and provide companionship. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Support implementation of individual care plans
Monitor and record health information, reporting changes to office staff
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in clients' homes
Drive clients to appointments or social activities
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care

Required Skills and Experience
Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
Valid UK driving licence (required for transporting clients)
Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitude
Strong interpersonal skills
1 year of care experience (preferred)
Familiarity with care plans and documentation
Basic IT skills for record keeping
