To assist the company with their IT Systems and software. Be able to write code to enhance out in house database (Microsoft Access).
We are currently looking for an IT engineer to assist with our bespoke database build, a good working knowledge of MS Access and Visual Basic Access (VBA) are essential.
Our director has begun to build the data base using MS access and require a second pair of eye to assist with the final coding, scripts, GUIs and reports.
The database, once complete, will be our main job and project processing tool within the business, linking all aspects of the job together, from quotations, purchase orders, purchase invoice to sales invoice, time sheets and subcontractor control.
We are looking for someone with good MS Access knowledge who can pick up from the database in its current incomplete form and work alongside our director to complete it fix the inherent script and coding issues and build something which looks and feels like a CRM package that works for us.
To train staff on the use of the package. Develop audit and KPI procedures. The roll out the package through out the organisation to include our partners.
The role would then change to a further deveolpment of the package and maintaintenance.
