Evenings and Weekends Bookings coordinator - Work from Home in London

What are you going to do:

Description of the role

This is a part time/casual work suitable for university students who would like to work evenings and weekends around their studies. After a period of training, most shifts can be worked from home.You must have availability to work 2 shifts during the weekdays and 1 shift over the weekend.

The bookings coordinator will liaise between clients and therapists (over the phone and email) to fulfill bookings' requests from various clients.

You will take and manage bookings over the phone, manage therapists calendars, and reply to emails for bookings requests.

The role consists of:

• Answering the phone and replying to emails to take appointments from 5 star hotels, spas, offices and clients at home for massage and beauty treatments.
• Managing an online booking system to organise bookings.
• Understanding our clients' needs and matching them with the right therapist
• Assisting therapists in managing their online diaries
• Some Admin tasks

Office Hours
The candidate's usual hours would be Monday to Friday 4pm -12 midnight and weekends either 8am-4pm or 4pm-12midnight.
After an initial training period, You can work from home most of the shifts. You will be provided with the equipment.
Work over summer holidays and christmas holidays will be required.

• Is pro-active, able to think on their feet, has a can do approach.
•  Has outstanding telephone manner
• Superior customer care skills and attitude
• Is detail oriented
• Is able to work on their own as well as be a team player
• Has availability for at least 2 shifts a weekdays plus 1 weekend shift
• Has excellent organisational skill
•  Can use various software systems easily (email, online platforms, excel)

Previous Experience
Previous Experience in a customer services is a plus. Training will be provided.

Casual Role
University students can give their availability on a termly basis and rotas get allocated accordingly.
