Ingenio is working with a fast-growing technology business at the forefront of AI, Customer Experience (CX), and Cloud transformation to hire an Enterprise Account Executive.
This is a true enterprise hunter role focused on creating new opportunities, opening complex organisations, and winning high-value deals. You won’t be inheriting accounts, you’ll be building relationships and revenue from scratch in net-new enterprise markets.
You’ll be targeting large enterprise organisations, developing strategic account plans, and driving engagement with senior business and technology stakeholders.
This is a highly outbound, pipeline-generation focused role where success comes from persistence, creativity, and strong commercial execution.
What you’ll do
- Drive new enterprise revenue through outbound prospecting and strategic pipeline development
- Identify and build relationships across key target accounts
- Develop and execute account penetration and growth strategies
- Engage and influence senior decision-makers in complex organisations
- Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through to close
- Collaborate with technology partners to uncover and shape opportunities
- Sell across CX, Contact Centre, AI, Cloud, and broader enterprise technology solutions
Must-Have Experience & Skills
- A true new business hunter with a proven track record of acquiring net-new enterprise customers.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience selling Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) and/or Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through to solution demonstrations, proposal delivery, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
- Consistent achievement against a £750k+ gross profit (GP) sales target.
- Experience selling into large-scale, complex enterprise organisations.
- Proven ability to navigate and influence multi-threaded sales opportunities involving senior executive and C-suite stakeholders.
