No previous recruitment experience is required. We provide structured training from day one, giving you the skills and support needed to develop into a confident talent acquisition professional.

You will spend your time engaging with prospective candidates in person, attending marketing campaigns and events, introducing people to career opportunities, and identifying individuals whose personality and ambitions align with our clients and company culture.

Your Development Journey

From your first day, you will receive practical coaching and hands on mentoring designed to develop the core skills of modern recruitment.

You will learn how to:

• Build rapport and establish meaningful professional relationships
• Understand what motivates different personalities and career aspirations
• Present opportunities with confidence and authenticity
• Assess communication skills, attitude, and cultural fit
• Support recruitment campaigns for marketing and events clients

As your experience grows, you will gain exposure to interview processes, team development, and leadership responsibilities.

Daily Responsibilities

• Meeting and engaging with prospective candidates through face to face interaction
• Representing Instant Connections professionally at marketing campaigns and recruitment events
• Building relationships with individuals interested in career opportunities
• Identifying talent and introducing suitable opportunities
• Working alongside experienced recruiters and managers to support ongoing expansion
• Contributing towards recruitment targets and business growth initiatives
