Sales Opportunity in London with Ongoing Development and Support

Immediate Start - Full-time Equivalent

Looking to develop your skills within a customer-facing sales environment?

Our client offers an opportunity to gain experience within a sales and customer engagement environment, supported by coaching, mentoring and ongoing development opportunities.

Based in London, our client is a sales and marketing company representing recognised brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their team with motivated individuals interested in developing within sales and customer engagement.

This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Competitive Brand Awareness Fee (a flat fee paid for each day you represent a client, regardless of performance), plus commission and performance incentives.

Please note: This role is not suitable for students/international students, as the position requires full-time equivalent availability.

What They Are Looking For:

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• No previous experience required; customer-facing backgrounds are welcome.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 days per week, Mon–Sat).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face within residential campaigns across London.
• Provide information about products and services while answering customer enquiries.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
• Support customer acquisition activities and complete relevant administration.

No previous experience is necessary. Coaching, mentoring and ongoing support are available from the start. Applicants from customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, waiting staff, front of house, administration, warehouse and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University) or current international students. Due to availability, our client is looking for candidates who can work 4/5 full days per week (Mon-Sat).
