Between £10.00 and £11.99 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

KateOne is a rapidly growing technology company. 

The Kate Kiosk is Europe's only tabletop solution that incorporates electronic menu, payment terminal and entertainment functionality all in one device. Our solution is a game changer for the hospitality industry with our unique technology and simple business model. We help businesses to reduce their staffing costs and increase revenue.

We are expanding our team and are looking for an Implementation Specialist.

You have a great opportunity to work with your own hardware-certified payment terminals for hotels and restaurants. 

What you are going to do:

● Interaction with partners, contractors, suppliers;

● Technical support and consultation activities;

● Onsite support and maintenance if required;

● Reporting of issues and tracking trends.

 

Our basic expectations:

● Preferable experience of working in the F&B industry and understanding of hospitality;

● Usage and Technical Knowledge of Windows and Android OS (knowledge of Trello, Confluence, MS Project will be a plus);

● Basic knowledge of networks, experience with testing will be a plus.
