National Account Executive
Challenger Femcare
£32,00-£40,000 + 10% Bonus
Hybrid/1 day per week in the office
1 wellness day per month, essentially 12 extra days off per year!

Already stocked by major retailers across the UK and rapidly expanding its international footprint, the business is experiencing exceptional growth in the US and is now looking for a US Account Executive to support the next stage of its journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high growth consumer brand where you'll work closely with leading retail partners, gain exposure to an international market and have a clear pathway to progress into a National Account Manager role.
What you’ll do
Own the day to day execution across multiple US retail accounts, working closely with buyers, brokers and internal teams
✨ Support promotions, range changes, pricing updates and new line forms across retailer systems
Manage retailer and distributor portals, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Track promotions, stock levels and sell through, identifying risks and opportunities while supporting forecasting and account reporting
Prepare data, insights and presentations for customer meetings and internal reviews
Partner with supply chain, finance and marketing to ensure seamless execution across accounts
Support product launches, trade marketing and seasonal plans
Build strong relationships with retail partners and brokers
Contribute to joint business planning with insight led recommendations
Develop a strong understanding of the US market, shopper behaviour and category dynamics
What we’re looking for
Around 1-2 years experience in sales, account management or commercial roles within FMCG
✨ Exposure to retail accounts, ideally large regional
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with confidence handling sales data
Understanding of promotions, forecasting or trade spend
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Confident communicator who can build relationships internally and externally
Curious, proactive and keen to learn
