For our boutique in the prestigious Burlington Arcade, London, we are looking for a Sales Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing our brand with confidence, care, and sophistication.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality

• Build meaningful relationships and create memorable shopping experiences

• Guide clients through a personalised and consultative sales journey

• Share the story, craftsmanship, and heritage behind every Borsalino creation

• Develop long-term client relationships through clienteling activities

• Contribute to achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets

• Support daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier activities

• Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are consistently maintained

Who we're looking for

• Previous experience in retail, ideally within luxury or premium brands

• A genuine passion for client service and relationship building

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a proactive mindset

• Attention to detail and appreciation for craftsmanship and style

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
